I finished my pharmacy degree in 2003…my learning has not stopped since then! Since then I’ve had to continuously upgrade and update my knowledge.

Did you know that pharmacists are legally obliged to undergo ongoing continual education? This ensures that pharmacists are well trained to counsel patients on new and emerging therapies. This module I’m doing now is about injectable diabetes medicines…a very new and exciting field of medicine which is improving the quality of life for many patients

There are some exciting new things we will be able to do in the next few years which will really benefit our patients…Stay tuned!
