♥️So true ♥️
I can’t love this enough Clint.
Our doTERRA tribe definitely all lead from the heart. These little powerhouse products have been life changing for myself and my family in so many ways for each of us.
Can’t wait to catch up with you all again in February. 🌿😀♥️
I want to speak to something that I think gets misunderstood a lot…
Why someone might offer you doTERRA.
I’ve watched this play out for more than a decade now. I’ve watched my wife, Rachel, hand oils to people long before we ever thought of this as a business. Back when she was running her preschool, she’d give oils away more often than we even had them in the house. Not because she was trying to “sign someone up.” Not because she wanted anything in return. But because she genuinely cared. Because she knew other Mums deserved to know what she had come to learn.
And over the years, I’ve noticed something:
When someone offers you doTERRA - a sample of Balance, a drop of Peppermint, a bottle they think you need - it’s rarely transactional.
It’s relational.
It’s not about selling.
It’s about serving.
Most people don’t realise what happens when you’re handed your first essential oil. They don’t realise the shift that takes place when you go from feeling helpless to feeling capable, from feeling alone to feeling supported, from feeling unsure to feeling confident in your own home.
And anyone who’s ever experienced that shift wants the people they love to experience it too.
That’s what I’ve seen, time and time again.
People offer doTERRA because:
They know what it did for them.
They know how their life changed when they had a natural alternative on hand at 2am.
They know the empowerment that comes when you’re not waiting on someone else to “fix it” for your family.
They know the community that wraps around you - the friendships, the support, the sense of belonging.
So the next time someone offers you doTERRA, slow down before brushing it off or assuming the worst.
Before the old stereotypes kick in…
Before you think they’re just trying to make money, or that they’re part of some pyramid scheme your uncle warned you about…
Consider this:
There’s a very real chance they’re offering it because they care.
Because they want you to feel what they’ve felt.
Because they see you, and they want something better for you.
Because giving someone a tool that changed your own life is one of the most natural things a human being can do.
It’s an extension of love.
It’s a hand reaching out saying,
“I’ve got something that helped me. I think it could help you too.”
And when you understand that - when you allow yourself to see the heart behind the gesture - you open the door to a level of support, wellness, and community you might not have even realised you were missing.
So don’t turn away from it.
Lean in.
Ask why.
Ask how.
Let yourself be cared for.
Let yourself learn something new.
And you might just find that one small bottle opens up a whole new world - not just of wellness, but of friendship, connection, and a stronger, more empowered version of yourself than you ever expected.
