We are currently looking for up to 3 participants to make this ACCESS LIFECARE SIL house a home.

Located in Parkridge (originally known as the Logan Ridges), a suburb in the City of Logan - this stunning SIL location offers four bedrooms (2 with ensuite), one Jack and Jill bathroom, and one powder room. It is within approximately a 30-minute drive to Brisbane CBD, a 35-minute drive to Ipswich CBD and Redland Bay, and 50 minutes to Surfers Paradise.

The suburb of Parkridge has numerous existing amenities, including eight parks, local retail centres, schools, hotels, and medical facilities. It is dissected by Park Ridge Road in an east-west direction, while its western and eastern boundaries are marked by the Mount Lindesay Highway and Chambers Flat Road, respectively. The suburb is well serviced for transport, with Park Ridge Park and Ride serviced by Translink bus routes linking it to Logan and the Brisbane CBD.
