Thank you to all the parkrunners, including the 161 finishers and 17 volunteers, who joined us for Marriott Waters parkrun event #372. Without you, this event would not have been possible.
Todayβs event was more than just a run. It was an opportunity for our community to stand together in silence and in gratitude before taking to the paths. Lest We Forget.
Special thanks to Brett MCGOWAN for bringing us rosemary sprigs. It was moving to see so many parkrunners wear a sprig of rosemary todayβa small but powerful symbol of the wild herbs that grow at Gallipoli and a reminder that we will always remember them.

Since Marriott Waters parkrun started 4,899 brilliant parkrunners have had their barcodes scanned, and a grand total of 29,960 finishers have covered a total distance of 149,800 km, while celebrating 4,482 personal bests. We shall always be grateful to each of our 450 wonderful volunteers for their contributions.
We'll be back next week for another free, fun, and friendly weekly 5km community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate β it's up to you.
