We specialise in injury prevention, orthopaedic & exercise rehabilitation, sports & remedial massage and injury management. Our qualified practitioners can provide treatment specifically tailored to your needs. We have a recovery centre with Ice baths, Infared Saunas and Compression Boots that will help you recover faster to keep you going. Powerhouse has a full gym and offer classes, PT sessions and programs to do at home.
