She has been teaching yoga for 15y, internationally certified in teachings of BKS Iyengar.

You will feel comfortable, confident & safe exploring your body capacity regardless of background ailments & reservations.

‘Iyengar’ yoga is characterised by
-it’s dynamism;
-it’s unique teaching style with clear & concise instruction & demonstration;
-the use of ‘props’ (blocks, bolsters, chairs, belts & blankets) to support & enhance postures.

Introductory Course
$180 for 8 weeks
Private Health rebates apply.
