New pool alert! We'll be starting a new hydro list on Thursday mornings at the newly renovated Clovercrest Stateswim in Modbury North in term 4. 8-11am - perfect for a before school session or a mid morning session for littlies 😃🏊‍♀️🐸

It may have taken 8 years but ...the day finally arrived when Tan was "carried" by a client and not the other way around.

We may or may not mention E tipped her backwards immediately after....but those 3 seconds of flotation were absolute JOY 🤣

Term 3 Availability!

With the beginning of the new school Term, we have had a few changes to schedules and had a number of appointments become available for immediate start across Adelaide and several pools.

Both Land and Hydro sessions will be available over the Holidays.
If you haven't spoken to your Therapist and would like a session, please let us know and we can advise you of availability
