As I sip my coffee this morning I open fb and my feed is flooded with fear. You can feel it seeping through the screen, reaching for my own energy field like tentacles grasping for a way in however they can. Between the files, the war, the escalation, fuel prices, cost of living, speculation of which agenda it all plays into - it is a dense and heavy place online and in the world right now.

Now I’m not one to say these things shouldn’t be discussed; I’ve said before - we can’t love and light our way out of this - we must pay attention, but there’s a difference between consuming information, and becoming consumed by it. A lot of the agenda - whichever one you believe in - centres around generating reactions - fear, suppression, division. Focus up. If you’re going to consume the narratives, develop discernment and distance. Your energy is powerful, that’s a VALUABLE transaction for “them” it’s exactly what they want - to be able to reach through a screen and tap into your field through fear and control.

You may feel powerless to the state of the world, and in some ways there’s little we can change right now, we’re at a threshold so to speak - but if you turn your energy toward your family, toward love, toward hope, if you don’t play into the fear and instead control what you can control, create what you can create, believe in a future beyond the current situations - that, when amplified collectively, makes more of a difference than you think. Anchor in the light - even in small acts of kindness, small gestures of compassion, if more of us can unplug from this dense, heavy, fearful energy, and tap into hope and faith in humanities capacity for goodness and peace - the compounding result would begin to change the tide.

Your individual actions and energy matter more than you can imagine. Protect your energy, direct it. Take a deep breath, and choose hope.

Here’s the truth as I know it. The old “system” or whatever you want to call “it” is dying. Nothing doubles down on the attack like the losing party. The old distractions aren’t working anymore. Their magick is failing. Their energy is depleting. People aren’t looking away, avoiding, or buying into the narrative like they used to. The masses are asking questions, refusing to comply, refusing to agree with a conflict hungry attitude, or for power to continue to escape accountability. The outright lies created to distort and divide are becoming more and more transparent.

When you realise that YOUR energy is VALUABLE, and its exchange is a POWERFUL transaction, you will become more intentional about where you place it, what conversations you entertain, what spaces or people you let your mind engage with.

I’ve said it before - you want to know how to navigate these trying times? Stand in your power, focus on your own energy, be a good human, keep asking questions, don’t allow the distractions to drag you into fear frequencies. Keep meditating. Keep tapping into light frequencies and language. Keep growing, evolving and ascending.

This is one of those times I don’t like being right.
At the start of 2025 I wrote a list of predictions. One was a massive cyclone hitting north of port Douglas in 25/26. I had seen PNG being involved and aid sent, it now looks as though it actually is hitting dead centre between Port Douglas and PNG (this is an interesting example of how spirit info can be misinterpreted - but I digress). What I had seen with this cyclone was the devastation of remote/coastal communities, any islands in its path would be my primary concern. I’ve had a couple msgs about other cyclones/weather systems that formed over the past year but not one came close to what I’d seen. This one does; but I’d love to be wrong. If you’re in the far north communities between port Douglas and the cape; listen, act, be safe, watch the water. 🤍🌊
