Back from holidays and straight into mum life; all of my kids are super active and now that footy season is back when I’m not working you’ll likely find me sideline. Motherhood is the highest calling and purpose there is; it is a sacred path and one I have never walked lightly. Sometimes that means a reschedule, a missed opportunity or growing my business and expansion slower; because they come first. Everything I do is for them, and for the world and timeline I want them to live and thrive in!

As the season amps up my in person hours will be shifting slightly; with Fridays and Saturday mornings now my permanent RDO’s so I can be present fully with my little athletes!

Our time away was exactly what I needed to recharge after a very hectic few weeks and I’m excited to be back and play catch up. I was intentional about not working this holidays and so please bear with me as I catch up on all messages, comments and calls tomorrow. I appreciate you all!

Aries Season; an energy update.

The energy is not slowing down any time soon; and ESPECIALLY not while we are now in the thick of Aries season. And honestly; this isn’t even a regular Aries season. Because we’ve got a A L O T happening in here right now.

Aries is our sign of leadership, it rules the first house - the house of the self - it reminds us of the importance of self sovereignty, self awareness, and wild self love. Aries is passion, impulse, fierce loyalty, and, of course, fire - to be specific, refining fire. The kind that Phoenixs rise from and jewels are carved in. The kind they tried to burn the witches in; but we all just came back a few centuries later, stronger, wiser, more focused ✌️ BUT I digress. Aries season this year is markedly more potent because we have not only the Sun; but also Neptune, Saturn AND Chiron here right now. This is a particularly explosive combination. Neptune rules the spirit realm, it’s our connection to other realms, dreams, and the ethereal - this month we are going to see new leaders emerge in spiritual communities; new voices, old voices getting louder, genuine practitioners getting fed up of the fluff, the love and light, the bypassing - and really going all in on sharing their truth. Then we have Saturn - some serious lessons in store, leadership being schooled, systems facing that refining fire - will they survive? Aries is ruled by Mars, God of War, so Saturn here is not surprising - huge consequences apply to the actions taken this season - and Saturn does not play. Then we have Chiron, our wounded healer, reminding us that our pain can be alchemised to P O W E R, that our wounds teach us, shape us, take us deeper. The world is hurting right now - Chiron in Aries, conjunct with Neptune and Saturn is asking - will you turn this pain into power? Will you learn? Will you let the system fall so a new one can be born? Will you listen to the sages and the medicine women and the seers - will you believe in something more than 3D reality and move in purpose through this fire, through this trying time?

As I sip my coffee this morning I open fb and my feed is flooded with fear. You can feel it seeping through the screen, reaching for my own energy field like tentacles grasping for a way in however they can. Between the files, the war, the escalation, fuel prices, cost of living, speculation of which agenda it all plays into - it is a dense and heavy place online and in the world right now.

Now I’m not one to say these things shouldn’t be discussed; I’ve said before - we can’t love and light our way out of this - we must pay attention, but there’s a difference between consuming information, and becoming consumed by it. A lot of the agenda - whichever one you believe in - centres around generating reactions - fear, suppression, division. Focus up. If you’re going to consume the narratives, develop discernment and distance. Your energy is powerful, that’s a VALUABLE transaction for “them” it’s exactly what they want - to be able to reach through a screen and tap into your field through fear and control.

You may feel powerless to the state of the world, and in some ways there’s little we can change right now, we’re at a threshold so to speak - but if you turn your energy toward your family, toward love, toward hope, if you don’t play into the fear and instead control what you can control, create what you can create, believe in a future beyond the current situations - that, when amplified collectively, makes more of a difference than you think. Anchor in the light - even in small acts of kindness, small gestures of compassion, if more of us can unplug from this dense, heavy, fearful energy, and tap into hope and faith in humanities capacity for goodness and peace - the compounding result would begin to change the tide.

Your individual actions and energy matter more than you can imagine. Protect your energy, direct it. Take a deep breath, and choose hope.
