My journey into health & wellness wasn’t by accident — it was born from deep change and intention. In October 2022, a family health crisis cracked open the path I was on. It shook me to the core, made me question who I wanted to be, and challenged me to build a life aligned with purpose. I left behind hustle culture, re-evaluated my values, and began investing wholeheartedly in my vision. Since then, I’ve completed certifications in Nutrition, Fitness, Pilates, Life Coaching & NLP. My practices have transformed my body, mindset, and connection to self — and now my mission is clear:

So proud of these girls 🫶🏼🤍

This afternoon we officially kicked off my first Teen Pilates classes, and I couldn’t have asked for a better start.

We began exactly where good Pilates should, with the Pilates Principles and Foundations 🧘🏻‍♀️

Breathing, control, alignment and correct form were the focus, laying the groundwork for strong, confident, pain-free movement.

Today’s class centred around core activation and glute work, building stability, posture, balance and coordination; all essential foundations for growing bodies and long-term movement health.

Next week we’ll introduce a prone lying back series, focusing on strength, alignment and posture, and over the next 9 weeks we’ll continue to build on today’s foundations, gradually layering movements into flowing sequences as confidence and strength develop.

This is Pilates done properly…
supportive, progressive and age-appropriate ✨
