If your daughter is curious about Pilates… this is for her 🤍

I’ve had quite a few parents ask about a way for their daughter to try Pilates first, without the pressure of signing up for a full term.

So I’ve added a one-off Introductory Pilates class✨

A relaxed, supportive session where she can:
➡️ learn the foundations of Pilates
➡️ get a feel for what a class is like
➡️ meet new people
➡️ and build confidence before joining ongoing classes

When I was looking for outfits for my recent branding shoot, I knew I wanted something 🔥😅 that showed off my back… even if it meant stepping a little out of my comfort zone.

Following a successful first term, Teen Girls Pilates will be returning for a 9-week block, with a small number of spaces available.

All key dates and details are outlined in this post, including priority enrolments for current clients, waitlist access, and general bookings.

The idea is simple…
The first pancake is almost always a bit of a mess

Not quite right.
A little uneven.
Sometimes you even throw it out.

But you don’t stop making pancakes because of it.
You keep going… and the next ones turn out better.

And honestly, this applies to so much more than pancakes 🥞

Starting a new routine.
Getting back into the gym.
Eating better.
Showing up for yourself again.

It’s not meant to feel perfect straight away.

But so many people quit at the “first pancake” stage because it feels hard, awkward or not good enough.

What I’ve learned is this:
✨ You don’t need to get it right the first time.
✨ You just need to keep going.

Because that’s where the real change happens.
