My journey into health & wellness wasn’t by accident — it was born from deep change and intention. In October 2022, a family health crisis cracked open the path I was on. It shook me to the core, made me question who I wanted to be, and challenged me to build a life aligned with purpose. I left behind hustle culture, re-evaluated my values, and began investing wholeheartedly in my vision. Since then, I’ve completed certifications in Nutrition, Fitness, Pilates, Life Coaching & NLP. My practices have transformed my body, mindset, and connection to self — and now my mission is clear:
To help others like you nourish thier mind, body & soul, move with intention, and create a life that feels expansive, balanced, and aligned.

And… I couldn’t agree more.

I recently turned 40 and honestly, I feel more like myself than ever before.

I feel stronger now than I did in my 20s.
Calmer than I was in my 30s.
And more confident in the person I am.

Today isn’t just about celebrating women.

For me, it’s also about recognising how much the narrative around women’s health is shifting.

Many of us grew up in the era of diet culture.

Where women were taught to shrink themselves, fear food and chase smaller bodies.

But somewhere along the way, I started to see things differently.

Health isn’t about being smaller.
It’s about being stronger, more energised, more confident and more at home in your body.

Now as a woman in my 40s, and a mum raising daughters, I’m even more aware of the example I’m setting.

They are watching how I move, how I nourish myself, how I speak about my body and what I prioritise.

And if I can teach them anything, it’s this:

Your body isn’t something to battle or shrink.
It’s something to build, nourish and respect.

Happy International Women’s Day to the women who are rewriting the story for themselves and for the generations coming next 🫶🏼✨
