As a mum of two girls, l've spent a lot of time thinking about how we support our daughters during such an important stage of their development.
These teenage years play a huge role in shaping confidence, body awareness, posture, and the relationship they form with movement.
Over time, l've also noticed a gap locally. There's very little available that focuses on safe, supportive movement for teenage girls without pressure, comparison, or performance-based expectations.
That's why l'm in the process of launching a small-group Pilates program for teenage girls, designed to help them feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies, while learning healthy movement habits that support them long term.
