Hello! It’s been a while! 🙋🏼♀️
Some of you may remember me from 2021 when I was running my massage business, what an incredible chapter that was, and I can’t believe it’s been almost 5 years since then.
I’ve recently reopened this page as I feel called to reconnect with my former clients and the local community, and to share the work I’m stepping into now.
Since closing my massage practice, my path has expanded in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
Professionally, I moved into Health & Safety, while personally and academically I’ve continued deepening into nervous system and healing work — studying breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and completing an Advanced Diploma of Neuroscience.
Alongside this, I’ve also trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Change Therapy, and Hypnosis, modalities that work with the subconscious mind, emotional patterning, and internal language that shapes how we experience life.
All of this work is intended to support the journey of self-discovery, to help people see themselves more clearly, feel themselves more deeply, and live in the true capacity of who they came here to be.
Last year I began holding breathwork and sound sessions focused on conscious connected breathing - big mouth breaths designed to support big emotional releases.
That work was powerful and it has its place.
This year I’m feeling called in a different direction.
To slow down.
To quieten.
To return to inner stillness
The quiet hum beneath the noise, the deeper emotional connection to self.
There is so much happening in the world right now.
Release has a place and so does stillness.
So I’m really excited to share that I’ll be holding monthly Saturday Stillness sessions, beginning this Saturday and continuing through to November (excluding school holidays).
These sessions are gentle, grounding spaces designed to support nervous system regulation and deep rest, incorporating:
• Soft breathwork
• Sound healing
• Meditation
• Guided stillness
No experience is needed, this is not intense breathwork. It’s a space to land, soften, and reconnect.
I would truly love to reconnect with familiar faces, and also welcome new ones into this next chapter of my work 🤍
If you feel called to join, I’ll share event details and booking information in the comments below.
