Violence against violence “boys will be boys” and society pressures “to be tough” contributes to mental health.

It’s not rocket science that a back and forward conversion can grow into something much more, just like a little flame with each person putting another log of wood each time to create a big fire 🔥

It ain’t weak to rise above and defuse the situation. There isn’t enough stories being shown on media of family members needing to confront other family members wives that their husband, father of kids, son to Mother isn’t coming home. It’s in those heated moments of conflict there is a fine line which path to take.

Most people are not aware how to deal with this type of situation or level headed to defuse the situation or don’t have the tools to help others.

To defuse a situation, you have control only over your actions. Nothing can be predicted and the end result could be a physical king hit and someone dies. Wake up to reality and learn how to deal with conflicting situations in a better way.
