We are so excited to share that Ritu Rana Medical has exceeded our fundraising goal for the Gidget Foundation Australia — raising an amazing $1006! 🩷🩷

The Gidget Foundation provides essential support for perinatal mental health. Their services include free psychological counselling, early intervention programs, and education, ensuring families receive the care they need during such a vulnerable time.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated, participated, and supported this cause — your generosity is making a real difference.

Since 2022, this Post Natal Program has supported new mums in regaining strength, function and confidence in returning to exercise, fitness and the sporting pursuits they enjoy 🫶🏻
