As Christmas is fast approaching we are looking forward to a well earned end of year break! 🏌🏽⛳️ Our last day of the year will be Friday the 19th of December and we will be opening again on Monday the 5th of January. 😊

4 years ago today Fourways Chiropractic Plus opened its doors in Mackay. This was the TV advertisement we aired on channel seven when we first opened. We fast became a standout in Mackay offering the “Plus” element in our chiropractic service. We have grown in many ways and will continue to grow and offer quality care to the highest possible level. With much gratitude we say thank you to the people of Mackay and the surrounding districts for all your support over the years 🙏🏽😊

Side note: If you are feeling stiff in the low back, try sitting on a foam roller or massage ball for a few minutes each day. A lot of low back tension originates in the hips.
