This week we were thrilled to have the Salvation Army collect the toys donated through our Christmas appeal. Seeing them picked up and ready to bring joy to local families is incredibly heart-warming.
A huge thank you to our amazing Move It Chiropractic patients and families who so generously donated. Your kindness and community spirit truly reflect what this season is all about and will help make Christmas a little brighter for children in need.

One of our favourite parts of Christmas at Move It is seeing the joy on our practice kids’ faces 🎄🎨
This year we have been gifting our little ones Christmas-themed plaster painting sets, and it has been so lovely to see their creativity come to life at home.
This week, sweet Angie was so excited to come back in and show us the finished masterpiece she painted from the set Dr Suzanne gave her. She was beaming with pride, and honestly, it made our day.
Moments like these are a beautiful reminder of why we love being a family-oriented practice. Our family caring for your family, especially at Christmas ❤️
