Today is a reminder to check in with the people around us — family, friends, colleagues, or neighbours.
A simple conversation can change a life. 💛

At Beautiful Minds Therapy Support, we know the power of connection and compassion. Asking “Are you OK?” isn’t always easy, but it can make a world of difference.

✨ Here are 4 simple steps to start the conversation:
1. Ask R U OK? – Pick the right time and place, and show you care.
2. Listen – Really hear what they’re saying, without judgment.
3. Encourage action – Support them to find strategies or professional help.
4. Check in – Follow up and show ongoing care.

Remember, you don’t need to have all the answers — just being there is enough.
