Mackay Family Care & Community Support Association We are a local to Mackay, Service Provider for People with Disability. We became a registered NDIS service provider in 2016.

Our organisation is a not-for-profit organisation and we are supported by a volunteer community management committee. Mackay Family Care & Community Support Association Inc’s Disability program was established in 1988. We provide in-home support to people with disability for all aspects of personal care, including high to complex care and we also provide access to the community. Our focus is on
individualised, personalised service that offers one-to-one attention. We recognise that People with Disability are the experts in their own lives and we acknowledge that they need to move at their own pace. Our organisation strives to deliver a service to meet people’s individual needs and
increase the opportunities available for People with a Disability. Our service is run by a professional management team and professional support staff.
