Are you a people person with a passion for healthcare? One Stop Medical is looking for a dedicated, professional, and empathetic Medical Receptionist to join our team!

We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional standard of care, and as the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in making that happen.

The Role:
Your mission is to ensure our practice runs like clockwork. From a warm greeting at the front desk to managing the doctors' busy schedules, you’ll be the heartbeat of our clinic.

What you’ll be doing?
- Patient Care: Promptly greeting patients, managing appointments, and handling phone calls with a smile
- Administration: Managing patient records, scanning correspondence, and keeping our digital files accurate.
- Financials: Handling invoices, bulk billing, and payments (Medicare, DVA, Workcover).
- Clinic Support: Assisting our nurses and doctors, ordering stock, and ensuring our waiting room is always tidy and welcoming.

What we’re looking for?
- The "Patient First" Attitude: Genuine empathy and a friendly, professional manner.
- Communication Pro: Clear interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: A vigilant approach to accuracy and a commitment to absolute patient confidentiality.
- Reliability: Someone who takes pride in being well-presented, honest, and hardworking.
- Experience: Previous experience in Health care reception is preferred, however is not mandatory.
