Hey hey everyone!
I am Nisha but you can call me Nish which i very much like :)
I am 5'4" and weigh 57kgs.
Last time I checked, my body fat % was 27.1% (yes! higher than my normal range of 20-26%).
But... I am not defined by these numbers ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™€๏ธ
Because they are the least important things if I look at the bigger picture (and I always try to).
I love people but only for like 2 hours, then I want to be left alone ๐Ÿ˜
I have a funny shaped head but thankfully it is full of hair so it is quite easy to hide ๐Ÿ˜‚
I can't pull off many hairstyles (they just don't look good!) but may be that is good coz I have no clue what to do with it anyway ๐Ÿค”
My hair is usually crazy frizzy and unmanageable ๐Ÿ˜ซ
I to this day do not know how to apply foundation or whatever else on my face but I can do mascara ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ
I wish my finger nails were prettier like all the time (they are ugly and I would change it if I could) ๐Ÿ˜‰

Please read, I think everyone could take something away from this article on nutrition and training.
I get a look of shock and horror when I tell my clients to eat more and train less.
A lot of them have taken the advice and saved themselves a lot of time and hassle and most importantly got to their goals by decreasing the training time from mostly 6-7 days a week to 3-4 days a week.
Be very careful who you get advice from. You do not need to workout 7 days a week and starve yourself to get to your results. There so much more to it than that ๐Ÿ˜Š
