Lovely bike ride, gorgeous weather. We suffered an unimaginable loss ($2 fishing net) that nearly ruined the whole day but fortunately found a nice shell and mum packed half decent snacks.

Ive been wanting to check out this path for so long. Its so nice cruising along next to the beach. Im assuming this is the path the Bucasia park run follows?

Quick catch up with the Mackay Cutters this morning. We are really stoked to be Physiotherapists for the girls & guys this year. They're a great group to work with.

Get down to their games. Take a picnic rug, set up on the hill. Watch the game & the sunset 👌🏼 It's a good way the spend the afternoon and supporting local sport.

Plus a cuddly baby, matcha with the admin girls & sunshine ♡

● Flexible flat footwear. Toddlers or early walkers, flexible sole. Younger kids semi flexible sole made of cushioned material. Avoid heels.
● Monitor for pain, or signs of discomfort i.e limping.
● Pick a shoe with a wide toe box.
● And barefoot play when safe.
