The 1st of October officially marks the start of Mental Health Month and a reminder that Queensland Mental Health Week is only 3 days away! 💜💚

As we approach this important time, we encourage everyone to think about the importance of mental health through having meaningful conversations and checking in with friends and family to help break the stigma and raise awareness.
