Couple weeks ago if you were quick, you would have watched our story as we walked everyone through the process of the radius edge. There was a tonne of great feedback, as we know this can be quite daunting with our kits.
We will post the process on our page for those who missed it.

This bad boy is now off to paint and will come back to us in a bit for a few more mods.

GU/GQ Patrol rear coil tower braces.
There is a lot out there. Weld in, bolt on…so many different brands.

What is the best choice? Quite a common question frequently ask in groups.
Here is our take on them. We’ve been making them for many many years, and they do come as an inclusion with our in house conversions and as an optional extra with our wall kits.
They work, they are strong, they look as close to factory as you’re going to get.
Made from 32nb (42mm O/D) and the best bit…zero issues with exhaust or shock clearance.

The curse of the GU Patrol tall radiator guard crossmember. Lack of drainage and access for cleaning results in some pretty serious rust setting in.

Finally something for the 79 crew!!
We had the pleasure of installing the Performance Suspension 70 series single cab front crossmember notch kit and transfer case guard kit into this very clean LandCruiser last week.
This kit is a solution that allows lifts up to 6” and consists of a pre fabbed weld in piece to notch the crossmember and also includes an integrated bash guard to suit.
This allows complete protection of the modified crossmember rear to the transfer case, removing all catch points in the centre of the car, while looking very close to factory.
This modification was QLD engineered to ensure the vehicle remains legal.

Great bit of gear from PSR and easy to work with. 👌

Remember the massive build on the new model Canam we undertook last year?
Well things went a little pear shaped at the Don River Dash in September, with the buggy doing what we can only describe as one of those things you just never want to see on a track.
She flipped and rolled with brutal force, while we all held our breath….but after the dust had settled, the driver and navi were thankfully able to walk away.

We inspected the buggy upon its return to the pits and although it had sustained a lot of damage, our extra chassis bracing and safety cage held up very well and did exactly as it was designed to do, keep the occupants safe.
It did however sustain a few slightly bent bars in the roof which needed to be replaced along with a new roof panel and spare wheel mount.

Also on the list was a water sprayer tank that can also have ice loaded into it, to help keep the cooling system temps at bay.

Onwards and upwards for this team as they get ready for another season of racing.

A nice change from our usual 4wd work. We had this immaculate 1971 HQ in for a larger fuel tank and new fuel lines, as this beast very quickly sucked the original tank bone dry quicker than us with a box of beer on a Friday afternoon.

We delivered a custom 100lt aluminium tank with internal baffles and pickup box to help with hard launches off the start line. The previous filler was restored and powdercoated in gloss black along with the tank and straps. Finishing off with aeroflowperformance fittings, braided fuel lines from Proximity Motorsport, coupled with custom machining by BoTech Enterprise.

Was an absolute pleasure having a bit of old school muscle in the shop for something different.
