We admittedly have a bit of a personal collection of patrols in various stages of being built.
Finally got the chance to book some workshop time for ourselves, so we’ve ripped the covers off a couple and are now making some progress.
Chris’s GQ has a HUGE load of pretty shiny things, ready to be thrown at it to make it into a mean shop ute with a mad amount of flex for weekend fun. I’m stoked to see this one finally head into the shop.
Chris has decided to go in the complete opposite way of all we see going on suspension wise..opting for more up and less down whilst sticking to a moderate budget, keeping inline with our beliefs that although it’s nice, you don’t need to throw massive amounts of moolah at your rig to have a capable and good looking vehicle. Going to be interesting for sure.
The spare series 4 Ti is undergoing some serious wiring work as the OBD port was fried when we purchased, and looking to be a bit more of a job than first thought. Still undecided where we are going with this one. Too may ideas to choose from.
For now, we’ll get her running and see what direction we head in with the build.
