Shout out to our supervisor, Belinda who was well and truly dobbed in for the 101.9 STAR FM Mackay ice bath challenge by her lovely staff. Belinda took on the full 2 MINUTE cold plunge on Saturday. And she smashed it. Every. Single. Second💪🧊

The best part? Belinda won a 6-month gym membership to City Fitness Mackay and gifted it straight to Cassie, the one who nominated her in the first place! 🫶

International Men’s Day BBQ Celebration!

We had a wonderful day today celebrating International Men's Day with our community! A huge thank you to the amazing Happens Mackay team — and a special shout-out to Jim, Frank, Laurie, and Mitch, who not only cooked up a delicious BBQ lunch but also took the time to chat with the men who came along. Your support and conversations made the day truly memorable.

Our team proudly wore their TradeMutt “Conversation Starter” shirts, originally designed to spark open and honest discussions about mental health among tradies — and they certainly did just that today 💬💙

Today our amazing team hosted a Pink Morning Tea 💕to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer. Staff baked and brought in a delicious spread of pink treats, shared their knowledge through some breast cancer-themed pop quizzes, and most importantly, contributed generously to support this important cause.
