🌟 Client Success Story 🌟

Over the past two years, Ebony has achieved incredible growth through the IPS Program, with support from Vocational Specialist Tash. From leaving an unhealthy workplace to building confidence, learning about self-worth, and gaining valuable work experience across two jobs. Ebony has truly transformed her journey.
Along the way, she also developed practical skills like managing taxes, creating resumes and cover letters, and preparing for big life changes.

Her hard work and determination paid off! Ebony successfully completed her Barber Apprenticeship and has now taken an exciting step, moving overseas to the UK!

We’re so proud of everything Ebony has accomplished. Her resilience, confidence, and commitment to her goals are truly inspiring 💚

We understand that life gets busy and plans can change, so we’re happy to offer flexible options that work for you. Whether you're feeling unwell, have transport challenges, or something unexpected comes up — we’ve got you covered.

Simply give our office a call and let our team know you would like to switch your appointment to Telehealth or phone. No explanation needed.

We were honoured to welcome Emma McBride, Assistant Minister for Mental Health and Su***de Prevention, to headspace Mackay today.

The visit was a great opportunity to showcase the important work our team does to support young people in the Mackay region. Emma spent time meeting with staff, learning more about the services we provide, and discussing the ongoing need for accessible mental health support for young people in our community.
