Schedule Update ~ No Studio Classes 8 to14 December 🌿

Just a quick note to let you know there will be no studio classes at Unity Yoga Ayurveda from 8 - 14 December 2025 while I’m holding an intensive 200hr Yoga Teacher Training week for Group 2.

Thank you so much for your understanding and for supporting our future teachers as they dive deeply into their practice 🙏

Studio classes will resume from 15th December 2025.
