There are moments as a parent that you never forget.

I remember the first time I had to use first aid on a child.

The moment you realise a baby can’t breathe…
when their colour starts changing…
your heart drops into your stomach.

It’s terrifying.

But in that moment, knowing what to do matters.

I’ve attended these courses myself and I’ve used the techniques on my own children and once even on a stranger’s baby who was choking and turning blue.

And that’s exactly why I feel so passionate about hosting this Parent First Aid Course with Paramedic Bek.

I’ve been a little quieter on here not because I had nothing to say, but because I was busy living it.

I took a break from socials to soak up backyard moments, loud laughs, and the kind of presence that fills my cup in ways nothing else can.

This season reminded me why I do what I do.
Why motherhood deserves space.
Why women don’t need to be on all the time to be worthy, relevant, or impactful.

I still opened my books during the season and showed up for the women that called on me. But I took the time to slow down. I’m going to share with you….it wasn’t easy! At first! It felt a bit slow and boring, I’m used to a faster pace…but I ended up settling in and the inwards time gave me a renewed energy for the things I wish to bring to life this year.

I’m back now, softer, clearer, and more devoted than ever to supporting mothers, supporting my business and supporting new growth for me to support my family.

At first I felt guilty for not showing up, but now I’ve realised it’s given me clarity and fresh eyes for this year.

My calendar is filling months in advance with my regular clients, women who choose steady support, deep release, and unapologetic care for themselves. It’s so beautiful for me to see you doing this, and honestly… very self loving. 🥰🥰🥰

It’s such an honour to sit with you as the tears fall, hold space for your raw expression and see the burden lighten as you walk out the door. THIS IS WOMEN IN THEIR POWER. Calling for release so they can re-connect to their power and take that back into their everyday lives with their partners, kids and careers.

Important update: there is only 6 spaces left for January and 15 appointments left for February, I wanted to gently let you know now …. because I adore holding space for you, and I never want you to miss out on the care you deserve.

The year has been loud, fast, full, and here YOU are already feeling the Christmas season creeping in with its glitter, chaos, and emotional price tags.

Slow. The hell. Down.

You don’t need to be everything for everyone as the year wraps up.

You don’t need to overspend, overgive, or overwhelm yourself to “make it magical.”

YOU get to choose a softer, calmer finish to this year.

Here are three things that will ground you as the end-of-year energy ramps up:

1. Prioritise the real essentials

YOU already know what matters. Not the 47 events. Not the perfect tree.

Ask yourself: What actually supports my stillness?
Say yes to those things. Everything else can wait, be simplified, or be a “nope.”

2. Budget with intention, not pressure

Christmas doesn’t need to drain you.

Make a simple spending plan that supports YOU—not expectations, guilt, or comparison.

Remember: presence > presents.

3. Practice presence like it’s your superpower

Put your hand on your heart.

Take a slow breath.

Sometimes life feels like it’s moving fast… other times, like you’re standing still. Lately, I’ve felt a bit stagnant — but I know that pause is part of the process. It’s where clarity is born, where focus sharpens, and where new adventures begin.

As a woman with two incredible little humans depending on me, I’ve learned the power of showing up for myself, owning my goals, and stepping fully into my power. Not just for me, but for those I love and the women I get to support on their motherhood journeys. 💛

Sometimes, the pause is the start of something extraordinary. And right now, I’m here, moving through it, and making space for other women to do the same.
