If you’ve been meaning to update your first aid skills (or finally learn them with confidence), the Pulse Family First Aid Workshop is happening next Saturday, 29th November, and you’re invited.

This 2.5-hour workshop is designed specifically for families and covers the big essentials — choking, CPR, burns, fevers, and the common emergencies our little ones love to surprise us with. It’s practical, simple, and empowering for every parent or caregiver.

The year has been loud, fast, full, and here YOU are already feeling the Christmas season creeping in with its glitter, chaos, and emotional price tags.

So this is your gentle, loving, stop-you-in-your-tracks reminder:

You don’t need to be everything for everyone as the year wraps up.

3. Practice presence like it’s your superpower

The Sacred Exhale

You can feel it, that moment her shoulders drop and her breath deepens.

It’s not just relaxation. It’s safety.

In that space, her body remembers: she’s allowed to rest.

I witness it all the time, that sacred shift from holding everything together to finally letting go.

It’s never just about the massage. It’s about her body feeling safe enough to surrender.

And maybe that’s why I recognise it so deeply… because I’ve lived it too.

For years, I’ve operated from fight or flight — feeling everything so intensely. That sensitivity allows me to stand fiercely for women, to hold space with my whole being.

But it also asks something of me.

So I take myself to the table too — for release, for bodywork, for the reminder that I’m allowed to rest as well. That’s what’s carried me through, and that’s why I offer this work with so much devotion.

Because the power of sacred touch isn’t just in the hands.

September Recap ✨ a month in review with me…

September… You were full.

Full of beautiful work, full hearts, full schedules, and a few big feels too.

🥹 3 birth courses, 5 coaching calls, and 15 surrender sessions.

I taught a midwife Hypnobirthing (and she said it changed her life 🫶).

I welcomed a couple who flew from Toowoomba just to do their birth course with me — what an honour that was.

And between all that… I still wore my other hats — running two big events for my day job, juggling school pick-ups, and making space for the boys and their world too.

I squeezed in time away with my sister and her family (even if my little nephew was strictly in a “mum-only cuddle phase” but would give me peek-a-boos instead 🥹).

I managed a school holiday carnival, slow walks and breakfast with a dear friend, Emma who I hadn’t seen in ages, and park hangs with Nicole and Kara with all the kids.

And honestly?

By the end of the month, I felt some big emotions around the cost of living pressures and the changes that are ahead. The juggle. The emotional and mental load of keeping all the balls in the air while still showing up for everyone.

So I listened to what I needed — and I packed up and went to the Gold Coast for a few days to reset with My King and the step kids.

To breathe. Reset and deepen

To come back home to myself before diving into another full month.

Because sometimes, that’s the real work.
Not just the doing — but the pausing.

Here’s to October bringing softer edges, more ease, and space to receive all the love coming my way. 🤍
