Well summer has really hit early I think & there is no turning back to spring. Please check on elderly family, friends & neighbours & make sure you keep yourself hydrated as well.

This week is a short week in clinic for Mel with only Narelle & Johane here on Thursday & Friday. Appointments available the next few days are -

What a day! Did you back a winner. We had a great lunch & managed to pick the winner (Yeh the Girls!!!) which was wonderful, but for us it was more about the company not the horses.

But we do have a winner. We had 1 people pick the winner today as well & out of those we did a draw & Chelsea you are our winner of the free massage!

We will be closed from 11.30am - 3pm as we enjoy a long lunch and watch the race.

Happy Halloween! I hope the kids are heading out trick or treating tonight, dressing up & having a great time. I know there are a few areas around Mackay that are really getting into it which is great to see.

It's been a big week in clinic. Thank you to all of Mel's clients who we have had to reschedule after her broken ankle, but we made it through the week.

Next week will be some limited hours for her still but we do have Johane on board now so please book in with her as well. Remember we have her massages at $100 for the rest of the year to help introduce her to the clinic!

We would love to see some photos of your little ghosts & ghouls all dressed up for Halloween so drop your photos below! We are doing our own dress up so will put some photos up on Sunday.

Tell us - do you get into Halloween & Trick or Treating? It’s something I grew up with so it’s something my girls & I have always done. We decorate the clinic now that the girls have moved out of home.

It's Dodgers vs Blue Jays Game 3 at Dodgers Stadium. C'mon Dodgers!!!!!

We are fully booked today so those lucky enough to get an appointment get to watch the game on tv too.

There are still some limited appointments left this week but get in quick or you'll be out of luck as quick as the Blue Jays will be 😅

Well it wasn't the start to the week I anticipated. A broken ankle was not on the cards. Sorry to my clients I had to reschedule today, but I will be back on deck tomorrow.

We are very EXCITED to announce that we have a new Team Member starting with us next week. Johané has been a Massage Therapist for over 13 years. She is originally from South Africa where she owned her own business in both massage and beauty. Massage therapy, working with people and creating that bond with her clients is a passion for Johané.

Johané will be working afternoons & evenings for now. To welcome her to our SH&M team we are offering all of her clients massages at just $100/hr. You can book online or contact us on 0459 165 589. There may be some teething issues with the booking system online but we will get there with it!
