🔆TESS CONNECT were Proud to Present at the 2025 Mid North Coast Family Day Care Conference!🔆
Our Occupational Therapists Imke Devine and Emily Schofield were honoured to present at this year’s Mid North Coast Family Day Care Conference, hosted by Lifetime Connect at The Link Events, Toormina. It was an inspiring weekend celebrating the heart of early childhood education and care!
During their session, they explored how Occupational Therapy (OT) can enrich family day care environments through practical, everyday strategies.
Imke and Emily unpacked the following:

🌈Neurodiversity-affirming approaches
🌿Recognising and supporting diverse developmental needs
👥Effective collaboration between educators and OTs
It was great to seeing educators dive in and explore the sensory tools with so much enthusiasm and excited to hear that educators have begun incorporating them into their centres!🙌🏼
It was wonderful for our team to connect with passionate family day care educators, support staff, and early childhood professionals committed to creating inclusive, responsive, and supportive spaces for children.
