Sam Shields has committed to be a Sea Eagle again in 2026, a hard running backrower who can also play centre has been consistently one of Group 2’s best players for the past few seasons and we are stoked to welcome him back for another season in Maroon and White. 🦅 🦅 🦅

“Are you favouring one side of your body without realising it?”
Many people don’t notice that they rely more on their dominant side (right or left) when lifting, carrying, reaching, exercising or even standing. Over time this can lead to:
