Last night our founder, Haley Hodgson, attended the National Rural and Remote Health Awards in Canberra as one of three national finalists for Employer of the Year.

While she didn’t take home the award, being recognised on the national stage for her leadership, innovation, and commitment to building sustainable nurse-led healthcare models for rural communities is an incredible achievement in itself.

We’re so proud to see rural nurses leading change — and proud to have Haley representing the Clarence Valley and Maclean Medical at this level. 💙
