THE BENEFITS OF WALKING — AND WHY I’VE MADE IT PART OF MY MORNINGS
I’ve recently started walking each morning with my daughter, and it’s become one of the best parts of our day. Beyond the health benefits, it’s a moment to reconnect, breathe, and slow the pace before everything else begins.
Why these morning walks matter:
