What a privilege it's been to share with you another year of learning through yoga. It's been a challenging year for many of us and I am thankful at how the practice of yoga can help us stabilise and navigate our path through these challenges. Thank you all for coming along this year and I look forward to continuing on this path with you in 2026.

Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I hope you all have a chance to rest and enjoy time with friends and family.
