We've all heard the old adage - 'an apple a day keeps the doctor away' - well a bit of daily yoga can do the same thing. Current classes are taught in a gentle and slow manner, allowing time to feel what's happening in the body and to listen to its feedback. Time is taken to understand the breath, and the inter-relationship between body, breath and mind. You will be encouraged to move in a way tha
t is harmonious for your body shape, for the life that you have lived, for the day you have just experienced, for the injuries and quirks that your body carries - we are all different and no two people practicing will look or feel the same. Current classes

I also teach a closed class at a disability organisation for participants with Intellectual Disability. After practicing traditional martial arts for 7 years, I began yoga when an old friend invited me to a class. My friend didnβt make it and we met up later, but after feeling the benefits of just one class I wanted to learn more and explore further. I have continued learn, explore and practice for more than 17 years and have been teaching for almost a decade. With it, I have definitely become a calmer, kinder, stronger and more flexible person.
