Say hello to our new Pilates Instructor, Amanda ✨

Amanda discovered Pilates through her background in aerial arts performance, where strength, control, and body awareness were central to her work. What began as a way to support her own movement and longevity quickly became a practice she was deeply drawn to.

Amanda has since completed comprehensive Pilates training and enjoys working with a wide range of bodies and abilities. Her teaching style is thoughtful and supportive, with a strong focus on purposeful movement, confidence, and helping people feel more connected to their bodies.
