Local cafés, markets, libraries, galleries, festivals, nature walks and volunteer visits—building confidence with public transport and money handling along the way.
-Creative Studio
Arts & crafts, painting, jewelry making, knitting, card‑making, scrapbooking and seasonal projects.
-Food & Cooking
Menu planning, shopping lists, budgeting, safe food handling and cooking simple meals to share.
-Health & Movement
Gentle stretching, walking groups, dance‑along, chair‑based exercise, relaxation and mindfulness.

Time‑management, communication skills, personal organization, travel training and technology basics.
-Social Clubs

As we start to wrap up the weekend, I would like to thank Miss Kelly-Psychic Medium Healer Teacher and Infinite Heart Mind Meditation for coming out to meet everyone and give them such amazing insight and experiences! Thank you to all the participants for coming and steeping out of their comfort zones and trusting us to organise these experiences for them.
