Concerned about bone health or balance?

Our Osteoporosis & Falls classes are led by Exercise Physiologist Adam and focuses on building strength, improving balance, and supporting confident movement.

Our small group sessions provide individualised exercises and guidance to suit your needs.

Adam’s classes are available Wednesday and Friday mornings, with a few spots still open for the Wednesday session. An assessment is required before joining.

🚴‍♀️ Cycling

Tuesday 9:00am and 11:00am

Assessments and Individual Focus Sessions
Tuesday 10:00 – 11:00am and
