PUPPY PILATES

There are still a few tickets remaining for the 12.30pm session of Puppy Pilates this coming Sunday the 7th December.

This session is all about feeling good and having fun, creating an experience that will fill your heart. Boosting serotonin & dopamine with the most gorgeous Cavoodle pups from Willow Pets! An hour long event with snacks and drink included. 45 minute mat Pilates class with time to spend with the pups and plenty of photo opportunities afterwards!

We are all works in progress. I will never claim to be “fixed” or finished. I continue to personally peel layers (yes we are the onion from shred). I continue to develop self confidence, love & acceptance, be present and enjoy the journey that I am on. Somedays I don’t want to show up and keep working on myself. But I’m here to be the best version of myself. I don’t believe I’ll ever be “perfect” but I do feel that I can continue to clear and release the blockages stopping me from being myself. I can and will be happy and enjoy who I am inside and out.
