Finally, a lifestyle book that transcends diet and exercise for solutions for living longer. I've enjoyed reading parts of this book already.
I love the fact that as a scientist she found out that factors for longevity, such as diet and exercise, while obviously important did not have as much effect as ones relationships and social networks on longevity.
Physical and mental health are so intertwined. Her book discusses the mind-body connection and how having a positive growth mindset makes being physically healthier, easier.
