Oh Love-Fest! What a joy you've been! It's been so much fun creating and facilitating these beautiful events with 😍🫶

This one did not disappoint! Uncovering and acknowledging our shadows so our mature masculine or feminine energy could be embodied, was fascinating. It brought about so much vulnerability and realness. The women went deep and were not afraid to own their sh*t. It was actually amazing to witness 😍

Our beautiful cacao and heart activating activities, and of course a little boogie at the end, finished off the day nicely! 👌

Feeling very honoured to have held space with Goldie, for these amazing women, and also watch her weave her magic! ❤️

For now, we feel like Love-Fest has run its course.... but never say never!

So what's next?! 🤔

I am planning my upcoming Circles for Mum's of Spirited Kids, hoping to start end of Nov and the next Retreat.... possibly an international one coming in 2026 too! 😮

Also, seeing clients 1:1 at Gooseberry Hill - mostly working on clearing limiting beliefs and old stories so you can shine your brightest and love yourself to the Max! 🥰

This weekend just gone. I had the privilege to attend a Family Constellation Workshop with Tiziano and Caterina. It was so eye-opening and powerful! Wow!

Our energy carries imprinting of our family dynamics, which explains why you see the same thing happening over and over. And you see all these weird dynamics playing out, but not sure why.

I learnt so much, and I have already felt a shift in my energy. It was fascinating to watch and be a part of and the info was gold! 👌

My biggest takeaway (actually there were loads!) was, if you cannot FULLY accept your mum and dad (ALL of rhem, not just the parts u like!) Then you are not fully accepting yourself (you are made from them both) This doesn't mean you can't let them go from your life if u need to. But to fully detach from them, first they must be accepted.

If you can get to a workshop, I HIGHLY recommend! They are touring the rest of Australia now, I believe ✈️ (done Perth) Absolutely brilliant 👏

It made me think, it's exactly like with our own shadows and our self - if we do not acknowledge that we have immature parts to us (such as judgement, shaming, avoidance, victim, etc) and accept them as being unhealthy parts of us, then we cannot fully love & accept ALL of us or embody the mature versions of us. (Our Divine masculine and feminine energy) 💖

Captured a shot of this cute little bee on my windscreen yesterday and it got me thinking about how we only see what we focus on....

So when I focused the camera on the bee, I saw it and didn't see any of the background behind it because I was so busy intently focusing on the bee 🐝

Then when it was time to drive, I tuned out and onto the road (obviously!) I was oblivious to the bee as my focus was on staying safe whilst driving.....

This is a metaphor for life. We really only see what we are looking for. If we have old stories running in our subconscious, such as "nobody loves me" or "I'm too much" then that is all we see....confirmation and evidence to reiterate that story (which in your mind is now a fact, because look, there's the proof!)

We must try and see things from ALL perspectives, not just our own tainted view (our wounded lens)

We are never going to be able to truly love ourselves (which in my mind is the ultimate goal) whilst we are still looking for evidence constantly, to support our limiting beliefs (which are just that - beliefs and stories)
9 times out of 10, they are not FACTS. Our left brain interprets life for us and usually just makes stuff up, such as "that means yr not enough" or "you are so unlovable"

I had some really heartbreaking news yesterday 💔 A very old friend's partner passed very suddenly. My age. Healthy as. Lights out, just like that. Gone. He's left behind 2 girls and his beautiful partner, who I've not seen in years.

I cried and cried last night when I heard the news. First there was grief, then sadness for my friend who now has to pick up the pieces. But then I couldn't stop thinking about why and how we had all drifted apart. I know it happens, but this one was my fault.

Then came the shame and guilt at how I had treated my friend all those years ago. I was off with her, I was difficult, stubborn and i acted immaturely. And gradually, we drifted apart. No argument, no harsh words... we just drifted and then i moved to the foothills and so we've not seen each other for too many years.

I can't stop thinking about how different it could have been. We used to be so close and I love her dearly, but I was mad about something (that was silly) and communicating maturely, about how I'm feeling was never a strong point.

It meant conflict in my book. It meant that person might not like me, or be disappointed in me. And so, I chose the immature way. To not communicate at all, and just let the relationship slip away.

Does anyone else ever look back to how they behaved in the past and think, wow, who was that person? I had been so upset about something, that was only upsetting me because I had an abandonment wound. I was in victimhood, and not seeing the bigger picture. I had a whole story going, which WAS NOT TRUE!

How many of us do this?

I also caught up with another old old friend who had drifted, we had kinda fell out and again, it was me telling myself a story that was completely untrue. I'm sure she did the same.

I realised, catching up with her that we were now 2 completely different people, because we HAVE done the work. We're now seeing things through a completely different lense and I see nothing but a kindred spirit 🥰

It is so important to keep healing our wounds. So we don't behave like dicks (as my son would say!) It's so important to keep changing our limiting beliefs and old, worn out stories and see life through a clear lense.

That's my pondering for the day! Life is too bloody short, don't let special people sip through your fingers..... do the work!

Happy Father's Day to my heavenly dad, the man who brought me up and gave me up so much for me - including emigrating to Australia (quite uncanny that I ended up here!)

And my birth dad, the man who created me and who I get my stubbornness and funniness and talking the hind leg off a donkey from! 🤣

Both absent from my life. (1 my choice, 1 not my choice)

Gratitude and thanks to you both, you created me, shaped me and made me who I am 🙏
(& then I joujed it up a bit! 🤣)

Thinking of you both today, and wishing things could have been different, in so many ways. Love you both ♥️♥️

Feeling pretty smug with myself today! I actually made it to the gym at 6am! I've been wanting to do this for ages but just felt like it was all too hard.

Still sharing a bed with my daughter and didn't want to wake her, bla bla all the excuses... BUT it was easy to quickly turn the alarm off, creep out, and go!

Pitch black, cold and dreary it was. But when I walked into the gym, i saw a few familiar faces and the class was full! I'd already asked on the gyms fb group, for them to hold me accountable, announcing I was going to go at 6am from now on! So I got congratulated from the trainer too.

If you're feeling like that thing is too hard and u just can't do it, I encourage you to ask someone to hold you accountable. It was my coach who suggested going early, and so I also felt accountable to her cos I said I'd do it.

I also encourage you to only set yourself small goals if you're feeling overwhelmed, because as you achieve each little thing, you feel awesome and more motivated and inspired to set the next one.

It's only day 1, but I must say I feel fantastic, knowing I have the whole day in front of me! And it's only 7am!

I can't believe it's only 2 weeks to go until our LOVE-FEST event! This is our 4th one and each one jst gets better and better, I swear! This time we will be on Sacred land at the beautiful Sage Tree in Nowergup 🌲🌳🙌

Each event we do is always tweaked a bit but the concept is always the same....
⚘️SELF-LOVE 💗

The words are thrown around alot but it can be alot harder than it sounds, to simply love yourself.

We have been programmed and conditioned to NOT love ourselves, to tone down, to not be ourself and to believe all the limiting, unconscious beliefs that are buried inside our psyche, telling us that we're not good enough, we don't belong, we're not safe to be ourselves, etc.... and none of it is true!

At Love-Fest you will find and release your core belief from your body and begin to heal your wounds so you can see the actual truth, which is... you are sooo frikken loveable and you are more than enough, and always were! ❤️

We use somatic enquiry and kundalini bodywork to help release stored emotions from your body and then lavish on the love! 💓

There will be authentic connections, sisterhood, cacao, sound, ancestral clearing, illuminated breathwork and heaps of fun as you crack your heart open and see how amazing you are! 🥰
