Who doesn’t love a good Sunday session!
BUT what if instead of a slight foggy head on a Monday 😬 you woke up with purpose and a plan for the week 😊 …and it only…
⏱️took 20-30 minutes out of your Sunday
🍷cost you a couple of glasses of wine at a pub or restaurant
🧟‍♀️could be done from home (so no need to even put your bra on!)
And more importantly…helped you to get yourself set up for the week and achieve more in your week! 🌞
Sounds too good to be true (I know!) but it is and there are no hard sell and sell up conversations involved just a conversation to work out your week ahead and put the week before behind you.

The tree is getting packed away and the champagne bottles are in the bin, now we are back to reality and whether you made a New Year’s resolution or you choose not to this is the ideal time to think about your plans, your values and your vision for your future.
Find a word that resonates with you for your year ahead, take a clean sheet of paper and start your first chapter of 2024.

Find 10 minutes to breathe today and then look to get some of those 10 minute pesky tasks done. (It feels so good to mark things off your to-do list! 💛)

I would rather have real people with real interest in what I do AND I would rather support other gorgeous small business owners!! So…let’s do it.
