This Remembrance Day, we pause to remember.
We honour the courage and sacrifice of those who have served and continue to serve in defence of our country and our freedom.
As we observe the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, we take a moment to reflect on their bravery, resilience, and the lasting legacy of peace they fought to protect.
Lest we forget.

We’re encouraging our community to take part, whether you grow a mo, move 60km, or simply start a conversation with the men in your life.

Selecting the right service providers is one of the most important decisions you’ll make in your NDIS journey. It’s essential to choose organisations that act in your best interests and avoid any conflicts of interest.
The updated NDIS Pricing Arrangements highlight provider responsibilities, ensuring transparency, quality service delivery, and genuine participant choice and control.
Our Support Coordinators can help you research providers, compare options, and negotiate service agreements so you can feel confident in your decisions and supported every step of the way.
Meaningful employment is an important step towards independence, confidence and well-being.
We empower participants to explore work and study opportunities that align with their goals. Our team provides hands-on support with:
• Crafting professional résumés and preparing for interviews
• Building workplace skills and confidence
• Connecting with local employers who value inclusivity and diversity
Whether you’re seeking full-time, part-time or casual work, our team are here to help you build a meaningful and sustainable career.
Navigating the NDIS is easier when you have the right information at your fingertips.
The NDIA provides a wide range of booklets and factsheets to help you understand every stage of your NDIS journey, from applying and confirming your identity to creating, using, and reviewing your plan.
Each resource is available in accessible formats, including easy-read and Braille, to ensure everyone can find the support they need.
You can order printed copies by calling 1800 800 110 or visiting your local NDIS office.
Here are some practices you can try during Mental Health Month (and beyond):
Check in with yourself - ask, “How do I feel today?”
Move your body, walk, stretch, dance, physical activity helps your mood.
Rest & sleep - good sleep is foundational for mental health.
Mind your diet & hydration - food and water affect brain function.
Limit social media / screen time - take breaks when it feels overwhelming.
Creative outlets - journaling, art, music help express your inner world.
Set small, achievable goals - clarity and progress, even in little things.
Breathe & pause - short mindfulness breaks or breathing exercises can ground you.
Reach out, talk to a friend, family or professional when things feel heavy.
Celebrate your wins , even small ones, and be gentle with yourself.
Let’s make mental wellbeing a habit, not just a campaign.

Supporting Mental Health Through Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Our Psychosocial Recovery Coaches work with people living with mental health challenges to rebuild confidence, independence, and wellbeing.
This support helps you:
• Develop practical tools to manage stress and emotions
• Build confidence in daily life and decision-making
• Strengthen community connections and relationships
• Create structure, purpose, and hope for the future
By focusing on recovery and empowerment, coaching can make a real difference to your mental health and overall quality of life.
When you open up to someone a trusted friend, counsellor, or family member, you:
• Reduce stress
• Gain perspective and clarity
• Feel heard, validated, and less isolated
It can feel vulnerable to start the conversation, but even saying “I’m having a tough time” can open the door to healing.
Our counselling services provide a safe and understanding space for people living with disability and mental health challenges. Our qualified counsellors listen without judgment and help you develop strategies to strengthen your emotional wellbeing and resilience.
Your annual plan review is an opportunity to reflect on what’s working, what’s not, and how your supports can better meet your goals.
We mentor participants through every step of the review process, helping you:
• Gather and organise evidence to support your requests
• Document your progress, achievements, and future goals
• Understand your spending and budget categories
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements with providers
• Decide whether agency-managed, self-managed, or plan-managed funding best suits your needs
Being well-prepared ensures your plan continues to reflect your goals and provides the right level of support for the year ahead.
