So very true !!!
There is SO much a life after rock bottom. I’ve been there and now able to say YES you may have to go through it at some point in your life but you will get through it and when you do it is so worth it 🦋🦋
Oh and if you don’t follow Elizabeth Gilbert account it’s a must !!!
She is amazing and so are her books 🦋

For all my new followers let me introduce myself
I have experienced major mental health issues over the past 8 years even with being hospitalised due to major depression (im not ashamed to say this)
So i know exactly how you are feeling in your hard times.
I am happy to say after “lots of therapy” I am now in a great space both mentally and physically but it is always a continuous work in progress.
I have always used essential oils in my recovery and have recently reactivated my DoTerra account and have found an immense difference in my moods and my gut issues by using these amazing products.
My sleep which is so paramount to our every day living and my gut issues are now rectifying themselves.
For a lot of “my age” this is something that is so important due to menopause and peri menopause alone.

Hi everyone 😊
I’m happy to jump on here and let you all know after a much needed break with my family and the sad loss of my Mum and the birth of my beautiful 2nd granddaughter I’m feeling such an overwhelming needing to return back to what I love which is Women’s Circles 💕
I feel such a serenity when I am in a circle with women who truly want and need to be in that space.
I have had a lot of conversations with women over the past 6 months about the feelings associated with Menopause and Peri Menopause and I feel that I would like to bring awareness to this and connectivity on this subject.
So im planning a beautiful circle around this in the coming months.
Can i please just say a huge thank you to all my previous circle ladies and clients for all the love and support over the past 6 months and i truly cant wait to embrace you all very soon 🦋💕

Hi guys
I’ve decided to take a break from my coaching practice for personal reasons.
My life is now predominantly focused on my family and I need to take a break.
I’m not sure of my future within this industry but I would like to thank all my lovely clients and also the beautiful people that came along to all our wonderful healing circles.
I also work as a disability support worker and I really enjoy my work there so I will still be doing this work as I enjoy this and it enables me to still be there for my family
