If you’ve been feeling the pull to slow down, reconnect, and come back home to yourself, these spaces are for you. Each session is created with intention, community and gentle support.

🍃 Thursday 13th | Women’s Circle | 6–8pm | Inner Health Centre
A soft evening to connect, release and reset. We will breathe together, share together, and let the body unwind.

🍃 Sunday 16th | 8–11am | Maddies of Bolwarra
A nourishing morning of breathflow and ice baths, followed by a beautiful Christmas wreath making session guided by Danielle from Gather and Grow. A blend of nervous system reset and creativity.

🍃 Sunday 30th | 8–11am
Breathwork facilitated by Chloe, sound journey with Anneke, ice baths, and a hands-on smudge stick creation guided by Danielle. A morning to shift, soften and realign.
