Body Alchemy was founded in 2021 and is a holistic healing service offering multiple healing modalities, aimed at promoting the complete wellbeing of the body at all levels - Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual & Etheric. I believe that we are multi-dimensional spiritual and energetic beings, living this earthly experience in a physical body. In order to heal and be in a state of wellness, all elements of our being need to be in a state of balance and high vibration. Only treating the physical aspect is quite limited and temporary.. it is only a part of our wellbeing. I have been a health practitioner for over 25 years, many of those years as a Physiotherapist. My own physical healing and spiritual journey has been a catalyst to expanding my work into a more holistic and intuitively guided way of healing others, through many forms of physical, natural, alternative, and shamanic practices. All practices, despite being quite alternative, have evidence of their effectiveness. I am passionate about bringing people together in loving community, connecting with the elements, facilitating healing of the body and guiding them to go within and heal their inner world, working through their barriers to shed all that no longer serves, and raising their frequency to become their truest and most authentic loving self. I have a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy), am a fully qualified Personal Trainer (Master Trainer), have studied Integral Sound Healing with the Sound Healing Academy in the UK (currently completing 2 Diplomas), as well as other modalities such as Aromatouch Technique. My offerings include Sound Healing for groups and 1:1, intuitively guided Energy Healing, Bodywork (Physiotherapy, Pilates reformer & matwork, massage, dry needling, orthotic prescription, exercise-based rehabilitation), Aromatouch Technique, Sacred Cacao ceremonies, Full Moon/New Moon rituals & ceremonies, retreats and guided meditation. I also incorporate the powerful energies and healing qualities of essential oils and crystals into my sessions.
