Medical Receptionist/Receptionist
Maleny, Sunshine Coast
Part Time/Full Time
Hourly rate negotiable based on experience.
Based in the lovely town of Maleny, this position is permanent part time with potential for full time (minimum 3 days per week part time).
We are looking for a positive, friendly person with a proactive approach. If you have excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you will add value to our team. As a team we are focused on high-quality patient centered primary healthcare.
You will have a thorough knowledge of reception/customer service, including:
Essential
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise, organize, and multitask with good time management.
• Computer skills
• Ability to comply with privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Reliable and flexible.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a patient care focus
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and show compassion.
• Quick to learn and able to use your initiative.
Advantage
• Understanding of MBS, DVA and private practice billings.
• Best Practice software (Experience helpful but not required)
• Recent experience as medical receptionist
• Current CPR Certificate
• Covid-19 Vaccination (Can be arranged prior to start)
