Hey friends!
My name is Stacey, I’m a mother of two who loves exploring natural ways of living! I am also a Nature Lover and Meditator as well as a Nutritionist and Educator. I have spent over 2 decades teaching Science and Nutrition to both primary and high school students.
I have been health conscious for the majority of my life and I have also spent many years in India learning the art of meditation. Even though I was doing all the “right things” for my health, I still struggled with my nervous system in overdrive, hormonal imbalances and poor sleep. Eventually I took a deep dive into Circadian & Quantum Biology and made wholesome changes to my lifestyle and diet. By following the laws of nature, eating seasonally and following a low inflammatory diet I began to feel more grounded, balanced and vibrant.
This has become my passion! I want to empower women to make the necessary changes for their health and their families’ health by making simple dietary and lifestyle changes.
My goal with creating this page is for you to learn some simple wellness tools that I use for myself and my family, so that you will be confident to manage your own health.
