Here to let you know that LIVESTREAM is available for the Wednesday and Friday night classes. $10 to join in. Ring or message me for bank details and I can send you the link.

I hope to reach out to those who are unable to make it in person to classes, for whatever reason, to help with their self-care and self-love journey.

Props you will need for the classes:
Yoga mat
2 tennis balls in a tube sock
Yoga block (can get from Kmart)
Pillows or bolsters

These classes are for all levels of fitness.

Yoga is for every body and everybody.

Hi lovely Yogis. Yoga is Wednesday and Friday at 6.30 pm. Please confirm what day you are coming.
Wednesday will be Hatha with some MFR & Yin. Friday will be yummy Yin, MFR and meditation. An awesome way to wind down at the end of a busy week. Hope to see you soon 🙏🏻🌺 🕉️☯️
