No formal qualifications needed—just honesty, respect, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Experience with disability or NDIS is a big plus!

🌱 We're Hiring! Administration Officer

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? Sprout Space is looking for an Administration Officer to join our friendly, community-driven team in Mandurah.

📋 The Role (up to 20 hours/week)
• Respond to participant and stakeholder enquiries
• Manage leads and support their journey with us
• Maintain accurate CRM records (Shiftcare experience is a bonus!)
• Coordinate onboarding and stakeholder communication
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

👥 Who We're Looking For
We value honesty, respect, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have:
✓ Experience in Disability, Aged Care, Healthcare, or lived experience
✓ NDIS knowledge (highly regarded)
✓ Administration or business support experience
✓ Strong communication and organisational skills
✓ Microsoft Office proficiency
✓ CRM experience (Shiftcare knowledge desirable)
✓ High motivation and attention to detail

Have you ever wanted to support Recycling with Brody , but live outside of his collection zone?

This is the perfect opportunity to support him and his small business by helping him raise funds to purchase a trailer, it’ll assist with making his recycling collections more convenient, run smoother and means he can collect more from multiple houses!
