That may be Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) — commonly experienced by people with ADHD.

💭 RSD can feel like:
• Intense emotional pain
• Sudden shame or embarrassment
• Fear of being disliked or abandoned
• Wanting to withdraw or over-explain
• A deep urge to “fix” or please

This isn’t weakness.
It’s your nervous system reacting to perceived threat, often shaped by past criticism, masking, or trauma.

🛠 What helps when RSD hits:
• Name it: “This is RSD, not reality.”
• Ground your body (feet on floor, slow exhales)
• Delay reactions — don’t respond at peak emotion
• Reality-check the story your mind is telling
• Self-talk > self-attack: “I am safe. I belong.”
• Build regulation skills before problem-solving

🌿 Healing RSD isn’t about toughening up.
It’s about safety, self-trust, and nervous system support.

Save this for the next wave 💚
You’re allowed to take up space — even when it feels uncomfortable.

Some days the emotions rise fast.
They feel heavy, loud, and hard to hold.

😊Welcome
>>follow therapy tools from a therapist 📌

That doesn’t mean you’re losing control.
It means your nervous system is responding.
♥️
You don’t need to fight the wave.
You don’t need to analyse it or push it away.
You just need something steady beneath you while it moves through.
♥️
Breathe.
Feel your feet.
Let the wave rise… and trust that it will fall.

This is regulation.
Not force. Not fixing.
Just riding what comes — and returning to yourself again.

Save this for when the wave hits 🤍
You’re not drowning. You’re learning to surf.🌊🌊

: Things That Reduce Anxiety
• Hydration: Drinking water regularly to prevent overwhelm spikes

• Movement/Exercise: Even 5–10 minutes to release tension
• Sleep Routine: Consistent bedtime + winding down
• Creating a Plan: Breaking tasks into steps
• Journaling: Dumping thoughts out of your head
• Calendaring Your Appointments: Reduces mental load + “forgetting” anxiety
• Breathing Exercises: Slow exhale to reset the nervous system
• Grounding Techniques: 5-4-3-2-1 reset for the body
• Connection: Talking to one safe person

We often believe change requires discipline, willpower, or “getting it together.”

But your brain doesn’t work that way—especially if you’ve lived in survival mode.

🧠 Here’s what micro habits actually do to your brain:• Reduce threat responses (fight/flight/freeze)• Strengthen neural pathways through repetition• Improve focus, memory, and emotional regulation• Build trust between your mind and body.

Does this hit home ?

I currenly have spaces availabile for 1-1 sessions .

Confidence isn’t loud.
Sometimes it’s quiet.
Sometimes it’s shaky.
Sometimes it’s choosing yourself even while your hands are trembling.

Building self-esteem isn’t about suddenly believing you’re amazing.
It’s about stopping the daily habit of tearing yourself down.
It’s learning to speak to yourself with the same patience you give everyone else.
It’s showing up—imperfect, unsure, but still trying.

You don’t need to feel confident to take the step.
Confidence grows because you took it. 🌱

If you’re always “holding it together,”this is your reminder that strength isn’t meant to be permanent.

Survival mode looks like coping, pushing, managing —but underneath it is a nervous system that’s tired of bracing.

You don’t have to fall apart to deserve support. 🤍

Taking time to reconnect to yourself and rekindle your dreams and goals .

Today I want to hold space for Virginia Roberts Giuffre — for her honesty, her bravery, and the immense courage it took to speak her truth in the face of power, wealth, and public scrutiny.
What she endured privately, and then again publicly, should never have been hers to carry alone.

Her story shines a light not only on abuse, but on survival.

Survival can look like:
• Living on autopilot
• Dissociating — not fully in your body or your mind
• Struggling to think for yourself
• Not knowing who you are or what you value
• Emotional numbness
• Being unable to put feelings into words
• Going along with others out of fear
• Growing up without safe, supportive figures

This is what survival mode can look like — and it often goes unseen.

Virginia’s story also brings an uncomfortable but vital truth into focus:
Accountability must exist, regardless of wealth, status, or power.

And while this is one story, it reminds us that trafficking and exploitation can happen anywhere.
It does not always look the same.
It does not belong to one country, one class, or one narrative.

If you have lived in survival mode — if parts of this resonate — please know this:
What helped you survive was never a personal failing.
And healing is possible, at your pace, with the right support.

May her voice continue to matter.
May truth continue to rise.
And may we keep creating safer spaces for stories like hers to be heard. 🕊️

Time for change -

And still… I signed up.

Not because I feel ready.
Not because I feel confident.
But because I’m choosing courage over comfort.

I’ve taken one step —
a fitness class.
A gym trial.
A quiet promise to myself.

This isn’t about shrinking.
It’s about strength.
Mobility.
Trusting my body again.

If you’re starting again —
with pain, fear, or self-doubt —
you’re not behind.

You’re brave.
And this step counts more than you think.

✨ Here’s to trying again — gently, imperfectly, and with self-compassion ✨
