I hear this a lot — and honestly, I get it. Life is full. But here's the good news: you don’t need an hour at the gym to improve your fitness.
Movement snacks (short bursts of activity) can help you build strength, boost mood, and increase energy — no workout gear required.
💡 Start with 5–10 mins:
✔️ Walk while you’re on the phone
✔️ Do 10 squats while the kettle boils
✔️ Set a 3-minute dance break timer
Every bit adds up.

Haven’t been feeling great last few days with fatigue and general life stress… so I decided to make the most of my morning off with an easy run on one of the local trails. There was a light drizzle of rain that was refreshing and made the whole place look amazing! Sometimes the best way to feel better is to get into nature and enjoy the physical and mental benefits 🌿🏃🏽‍♀️
