Let's do this ....👌A morning routine is powerful as it sets up your whole day. 20 /20 /20 routine 👇
So this is how it works 😃
1. The first 20 minutes - Move your Body
As soon as you get out of bed, the first 20 minutes should include movement. Robin Sharma recommends a high activity exercise but if you're starting out, I suggest working with your own abilities with where you're at now. You could stretch, go for a walk, swim laps in your pool, follow a YouTube 20 minute exercise... the choice is yours so choose something you can do and something you can commit to.
2. The second 20 minutes - Connect to Self
After you've moved your body, this is where you connect with yourself. You can meditate, journal, plan your day or do anything that allows you to reflect on how you're feeling and bring clarity to what makes you happy.
3. The third 20 minutes - Self Growth
To finish, the final 20 minutes each day is dedicated to learning something new. You could listen to an audiobook or do something that enhances your personal development and growth. Making time every day to learn and grow can help you accomplish goals and expand your knowledge. It may even inspire you in finding a new passion or purpose.
* Choose to implement this morning routine, remember to be patient with yourself, new routines take time to form into a habit. Once this becomes a habit, you will find you have accomplished so much with this one hour each morning that supports you physically, mentally and emotionally.
