Join our gentle and uplifting ChiBall® class, combining flowing movement, breathwork and relaxation using a soft weighted ball. This unique mind–body class blends elements of Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and mindful movement to improve balance, coordination, strength and overall wellbeing.
Enjoy a mix of seated and on-your-feet exercises, all designed to be low-impact, accessible and adaptable to your own pace. Each class finishes with a calming relaxation to leave you feeling grounded, refreshed and restored.
