✨ What is ChiBall®? ✨
ChiBall® is a gentle, holistic mind–body movement practice designed to support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Using a soft, lightly weighted ball, ChiBall blends flowing movement, breath awareness, rhythm, balance and relaxation into one accessible and enjoyable class.
ChiBall draws inspiration from Traditional Chinese Medicine and integrates a variety of movement techniques, including Tai Chi and Qi Gong–inspired flows, yoga-based postures, Pilates-style core work, gentle dance, and Feldenkrais-inspired movement awareness. The ball adds sensory feedback, light resistance and support, helping improve coordination, posture, strength and body awareness.
Classes include a mix of seated and on-your-feet movement, making ChiBall suitable for a wide range of abilities and fitness levels. Movements are slow, mindful and adaptable, encouraging participants to move at their own pace while building confidence, stability and ease in everyday movement.
ChiBall is not about pushing or performance — it’s about moving with awareness, improving balance and mobility, calming the nervous system, and finishing class feeling grounded, energised and relaxed.
