✨ What is ChiBall®? ✨

ChiBall® is a gentle, holistic mind–body movement practice designed to support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Using a soft, lightly weighted ball, ChiBall blends flowing movement, breath awareness, rhythm, balance and relaxation into one accessible and enjoyable class.

ChiBall draws inspiration from Traditional Chinese Medicine and integrates a variety of movement techniques, including Tai Chi and Qi Gong–inspired flows, yoga-based postures, Pilates-style core work, gentle dance, and Feldenkrais-inspired movement awareness. The ball adds sensory feedback, light resistance and support, helping improve coordination, posture, strength and body awareness.

Classes include a mix of seated and on-your-feet movement, making ChiBall suitable for a wide range of abilities and fitness levels. Movements are slow, mindful and adaptable, encouraging participants to move at their own pace while building confidence, stability and ease in everyday movement.

ChiBall is not about pushing or performance — it’s about moving with awareness, improving balance and mobility, calming the nervous system, and finishing class feeling grounded, energised and relaxed.

ChiBall® is a unique holistic mind-body wellness movement practice that blends gentle, flowing movement with breath, colour and aromatherapy to support harmony, balance and overall wellbeing. It draws on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and incorporates a fusion of movement techniques that are suitable for all fitness levels. 

✨ What we’ll do in class:

🌿 Tai Chi & Qi Gong-inspired moves — rhythmic, slow and flowing to improve breath, balance, coordination and internal energy. 

💃 ChiBall Dance — gentle rhythmic motion set to music that increases mobility, flexibility and circulation. 

🧘 Yoga-based postures — for strength, alignment, flexibility and mindfulness. 

💪 Pilates-style core work — develop stability through your centre and enhance functional movement. 

🌀 Feldenkrais-inspired release — to rediscover ease of movement and reduce tension. 

🌬 Deep relaxation & breathwork — to calm your nervous system and finish feeling grounded and peaceful. 

✨ Flow seated and on your feet — move in ways that build confidence, balance and joy in your everyday body!
